Installation kamen rider femme :
Put the files (wdd,wtd, wft) to componentsped.img with Open IV.
Use Simple Native trainer (SNT); press F3 select model spawning – select f_o_binco or model which you replaced with Femme to spawned.
for change extra (wing or belt)
After player changed to Femme. use SNT again press F3 select model spawning – clothes menu – and use extra part which you want.
Installation kamen rider skull :
by default for replace :
m_m_alcoholic (GTA 4)
m_y_amirguard_01 (GTA 4 EFLC TBOGT)
m_m_alcoholic (GTA 4)
m_y_amirguard_01 (GTA 4 EFLC TBOGT)
These are just random replacement, because i don’t like the original GTA 4 peds.
Off course, you can rename it and use the mods to replace other ped.

1. Back up componentpeds.img by copy and paste it, in case the instalation error you able to return (using backup)
2. Run Open IV, select game, select edit mode, select componentpeds.img
(in GTA 4 located in pc/models/cdimages),
(in GTA 4 EFLC for The Ballad of Gay Tony located in pc/episodes/tbogt/pc/models/cdimages/)
3. add the wdd and wtd files for GTA 4/ EFLC to componentpeds.img. It’s automatically replace the original
or do manually by select wdd and wtd files which you want and select replace.
4. Rebuild.
